  1. Ownership & Legal Entity

All programs, courses, content, and materials offered under the brand Rejuvenate Raw with Kim are legally owned and operated by CI Naturals, Inc., an Illinois corporation located in Pekin, IL.

All references to “the course,” “the program,” “Rejuvenate Raw,” or “Health Transformation Simplified” refer to products owned by CI Naturals, Inc.

  1. Educational & Informational Purpose Only

All content provided through our website, courses, videos, posts, guides, or emails is for educational and informational purposes only and is not intended as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  1. No Guarantees of Results

  1. Refund Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable. Because digital products and courses provide immediate access, refunds cannot be issued for any reason. By purchasing, you agree not to dispute or seek reimbursement.

  1. Payment Terms

You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize CI Naturals, Inc. and/or its payment processors (Kajabi, Stripe, PayPal) to charge your selected form of payment.

If using a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments. Missed payments may result in removal from the course.

  1. Intellectual Property

All course materials—including videos, graphics, recipes, PDFs, worksheets, modules, branding, and written content—are the sole intellectual property of CI Naturals, Inc.

You may not copy, share, distribute, or reproduce any content without written permission. Sharing your login or giving others access is strictly prohibited.

  1. Community Guidelines

If you participate in our private community (including The Raw Circle on Kajabi), you agree to:

  •  Be kind and respectful
  •  Avoid giving medical advice to others
  •  Avoid negativity, harassment, or inappropriate behavior
  •  Maintain privacy of all member discussions
  •  Avoid promotion, spam, or selling

Violation of these guidelines may result in removal with no refund.

  1. Technology & Access Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate devices, internet access, and technology to view your course materials. We are not responsible for incompatibility with your device or internet provider.

  1. Account Security

You must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. Sharing login access is prohibited. We reserve the right to revoke access if account sharing is detected.

  1. Limitation of Liability

  •  delays, outages, or issues with Kajabi, Stripe, or internet service

By purchasing, enrolling in, or participating in any program, course, service, or material offered by CI Naturals, Inc. under the brand Rejuvenate Raw with Kim, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily engaging in dietary, lifestyle, or detox-related decisions at your own risk.

You agree that CI Naturals, Inc., its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives are not liable for any injuries, health reactions, medical issues, losses, or damages that may result from your choices, actions, or interpretations of the information provided.

You understand that detoxification, dietary changes, raw food practices, and the use of herbs may create physical, emotional, or healing reactions, and you accept full responsibility for your own health and decisions.

By participating, you waive, release, and discharge CI Naturals, Inc. and its representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, or actions arising from or related to your use of our content, programs, or recommendations.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes shall be handled in the state or federal courts located in Tazewell County, Illinois (Pekin, IL).
